CANFAR HIV/AIDS Research Grants
Since 1987, CANFAR has granted Canadian research projects totaling over $15 million. Canadian researchers have been responsible for some of the most significant breakthroughs in the AIDS field. Canadians continue to be at the forefront of the world stage in HIV-related advances, committed to ending AIDS through research.
CANFAR would like to extend gratitude to the members of our
Scientific Advisory Committee, without whom we would not be able to pursue
CANFAR’s mandate of ending AIDS through research. This team, comprised of Canada’s
leading researchers in the field of HIV/AIDS, dedicated countless hours of
volunteer time and expertise in reviewing the 54 research grant applications CANFAR
received this year.
